Job summary

Timeline Design + Build is seeking a Project Engineer II to manage core project coordination workflows across documentation, trades, and internal teams. You will act as an extension of the Project Manager, owning processes that align scope, budget, and schedule.

You will coordinate with PMs, site managers, and superintendents, manage POs and subs, handle COs, maintain documentation in BuilderTrend, and drive information flow (RFIs, submittals, drawings) to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Education: Engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience required.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and work independently.
• Experience with BuilderTrend is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PMs, Site Managers, and Superintendents to align project phases.
• Identify and resolve coordination gaps to protect schedule.
• Support job site setup and logistics with planning focus.
• Track material procurement and ensure on-time delivery.
• Own PO creation, issuance, and tracking; onboarding of subs.
• Manage change orders from initiation through approval.
• Maintain project docs and ensure BuilderTrend reflects status.
