Qualifications

• Experience in construction, project coordination or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction plans and specifications.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use Procore for project documentation, communication, tracking and management.
• Use Bluebeam to review plans, specs, drawings and locate information.
• Create, track and maintain RFIs and submittals through approval process.
• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with coordinating information to keep activities moving forward.
• Attend project and owner meetings and document clear meeting minutes.
• Assist with permits, inspections and safety/compliance documentation.
• Assist with project closeout documentation and organizing final packages.
