Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company seeks a Project Engineer 2 to assist the Project Manager on assigned projects, working under supervision with strong communication and client services skills. You will set up contracts, coordinate trades, review submittals, and help manage RFIs and permits.

The role supports bid packages, procurement, and schedule updates, while upholding safety and quality standards. As a flexible team member, you will participate in meetings, track progress, and assist project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or Engineering (or equivalent).
• 2 years of industry experience is acceptable.
• Interiors experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Set up initial contracts and project information.
• Coordinate various trades and review submittals.
• Manage RFIs and assist in permit processes.
• Assist in bid packages and procurement; help update schedules.
• Prepare owner project status reports and attend project meetings.
• Ensure adherence to Manhattan’s safety and quality standards.
