Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 4+ years of experience in a large trade contractor or GC environment.
• Experience with project controls, cost reporting, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manages the change management process under the Project Manager.
• Key contributor in monthly cost report meetings with data and talking points.
• Follows project controls for monthly cost control, pay requests, and reporting.
• Expedites material deliveries to maintain schedules.
• Reviews and evaluates shop drawings for accuracy.
• Mentors less experienced team members and supports an inclusive work environment.
• Identifies client needs and communicates Gilbane's value to prospects.
