Job summary

Gilbane Building Company in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a Project Engineer to support the project team by coordinating information and documentation to keep the schedule, budget, and quality on track. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4+ years with a large trade contractor/construction management/GC.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and familiarity with project controls.

Responsibilities

• Manages the change management process under the Project Manager.
• Participates in monthly cost report meetings with meaningful data.
• Adheres to monthly cost control, pay requests, and cost reporting.
• Expedites material deliveries.
• Reviews and evaluates shop drawings.
• Encourages innovative problem-solving and opportunities.
• Coaches and mentors less experienced team members.
• Supports a positive and inclusive work environment.
