Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 4+ years of experience with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage the change management process under the Project Manager.
• Participate in monthly cost report meetings with data points.
• Adhere to monthly cost control, pay requests, and cost reporting procedures.
• Expedite material deliveries.
• Review shop drawings for accuracy.
• Encourage innovative approaches to problems.
• Identify client needs and communicate Gilbane value to prospects.
• Foster positive customer relations and mentor junior team members.
