Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Project Engineer in Connecticut to help the project team by obtaining, evaluating, coordinating, and distributing project information to keep the schedule, budget, and quality on track.

You will work with a team to manage change, review drawings, and expand your skills through Gilbane University, with opportunities across schools, labs, hospitals, and corporate spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4+ years of experience with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages change management processes under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Contributes data and talking points in monthly cost report meetings.
• Adheres to project controls procedures including monthly cost control, pay requests, and cost reporting.
