Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred in Construction Management or similar.
• Experience in commercial construction preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand project documents including drawings and specifications.
• Assist Project Manager with distribution of project documents.
• Manage RFIs and submittals, logging and coordinating with approvers.
• Assist Superintendent with daily jobsite operations and meetings.
• Promote jobsite safety and participate in safety meetings.
• Coordinate with professional service providers (testing/surveying).
• Support Quality Management System compliance.
• Ensure daily updates of As-Built drawings.
• Lead closeout tasks such as Punch List and owner turnover.
