Job summary

Nabholz Construction in Franklin, TN seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work with superintendents and engineers to ensure client satisfaction, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a 4-year degree in construction management, at least 5 years in commercial construction, OSHA 30, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and materials.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to speak before groups during presentations.
• OSHA 30-hour training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nabholz in business development, industry interviews, and events.
• Lead project development through Preconstruction with department support.
• Develop and implement project management, safety, and quality plans.
• Manage subs and suppliers, ensuring procurement policy compliance.
• Collaborate with safety staff to achieve zero incidents.
• Oversee project financials from setup to closeout to meet profitability.
• Maintain positive client and designer relationships.
• Provide team leadership and proactive project planning.
