Nabholz Construction Services in Franklin, TN is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead on-site production for a major project. You will direct craft personnel, manage safety, quality control, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and the project team to meet plans and schedules.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of scheduling and cost control.
• Experience coordinating multiple crafts and trades.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise foreman and craft activities, determining methods, manpower, materials, equipment, and hours.
• Coordinate work of different crafts and contractors.
• Maintain liaison with owner, engineers, PM, and planning to ensure conformance with drawings and schedule.
• Assist in resolving construction problems affecting productivity or sequences.
• Ensure site safety program compliance and safety-sensitive requirements.
