Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field OR 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of on-site trade work focusing on safety and quality.
• Coordinate material delivery and installation to minimize delays.
• Facilitate communication between trades to resolve conflicts.
• Monitor workforce production and ensure compliance with standards.
