Job summary

Nabholz Construction seeks an experienced Project Executive to provide proactive leadership on assigned construction projects from bid through warranty. You’ll oversee budgets, safety, quality, profitability, and schedule adherence while mentoring Project Managers, Assistants, and Engineers.

This role emphasizes integrity, client satisfaction, and ethical standards across multiple project sites. Ideal candidates hold a four-year construction degree and 15+ years of PM experience in commercial

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or similar program preferred.
• At least 15 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction with full P&L and schedule accountability.
• Leadership over project teams with responsibility for talent management and development.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution, team leadership and motivation.
• OSHA 30-hour training.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Scheduling software(s).

Responsibilities

• Represent Nabholz in business development, community involvement, project interviews and events.
• Collaborate with Project Team and safety staff to ensure safe project execution with a zero incidents goal.
• Proactively manage risk to protect company assets and develop project teams.
• Lead project development through Preconstruction with support from Preconstruction Department.
• Maintain relationships with clients and designers, and spearhead project planning and budgeting.
• Provide team leadership and mentorship, fostering partnerships and career growth.
• Drive safe project execution and on-time delivery within budget and scope.
• Ensure accurate project and overhead budgeting and cost control.
