Job summary

Nabholz Construction seeks a Project Manager to lead assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring client satisfaction, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence. You will collaborate with Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include development of safety and quality plans, procurement management, and proactive budgeting while upholding Nabholz values and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred.
• At least 5 years of commercial construction experience; residential experience not considered.
• Knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and materials; understands codes and standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication; capable of speaking before groups.
• OSHA 30-hour training completed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nabholz in business development efforts and participate in interviews and events.
• Lead project development through Preconstruction with support from Preconstruction Department.
• Develop project management plans including safety, quality, and site logistics.
• Manage commitments to Subcontractors and Suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Collaborate with Project Team and safety staff to pursue zero incidents.
• Oversee financial aspects from setup to monthly billings, forecasting, and closeout.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and designers.
• Provide team leadership internally and externally.
• Promote safe execution and proactive project planning.
• Prepare and manage project budgets with regular cost forecasting.
