Job summary

Nabholz Construction Services is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead assigned construction projects from preconstruction through warranty. You will be accountable for client satisfaction, project quality, cost control, and scheduling, working closely with Superintendents and Engineers.

The role requires a 4-year degree in construction-related field, at least 5 years of commercial construction experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or similar program preferred.
• Career experience of at least 5 years in commercial construction.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nabholz in business development efforts and industry events.
• Lead project development through Preconstruction with department support.
• Develop project management plans including safety, quality, and site logistics.
• Manage commitments to Subcontractors and Suppliers per contracts.
