Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Procore or similar construction software a plus.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading required.
• Working knowledge of scheduling and estimating software.
• Primavera P6 experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and transcribe detailed meeting minutes clearly and accurately.
• Inspect construction site daily and coordinate with subcontractors for deliveries.
• Review designs and drawings for installation of materials and compliance with contract documents.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Coordinate submittals between subcontractors and consultants/Owner.
• Prepare and disseminate documentation such as status reports and punch lists.
