Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum one year of construction field experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Procore knowledge is a plus.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading is required.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 is desired.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings, transcribe detailed minutes clearly and accurately.
• Inspect construction site daily and coordinate with subcontractors for deliveries.
• Review designs and drawings for installed materials and qualifications.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems and initiate RFIs as needed.
• Initiate and process RFIs, follow up on responses for completeness.
