Job summary

Bryan Construction Inc is seeking a Project Engineer to support field and office teams in Centennial, CO. You will read drawings, manage RFIs and submittals, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep schedules on track.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management (or equivalent) and OSHA 30. Proficiency with Bluebeam and construction software is preferred. Local travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
• OSHA 30 or ability to complete upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to assess cost, scope, and schedule impacts.
• Manage submittal process, schedule, and distribution in project management software.
• Create, track, and maintain RFIs workflow and respond with clarity.
• Schedule meetings and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
• Compile closeout documentation including warranties and O&M manuals.
• Close punchlist items with the project team and ensure turnover readiness.
• Assist with inspections, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all documentation is archived for turnover.
• Support safety processes and subcontractor safety documentation.
• Assist with warranty issues and identify cost impacts.
