Job summary

Encore Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager in cost-to-complete analysis and coordination of electrical construction projects in Fort Collins, CO.

The role requires strong communication across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely submittals, procurement, and change orders. The successful candidate will help maintain project documentation, support risk management, and contribute to closeout activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field OR a Journeyman’s License with five years of progressive experience in the electrical trade is preferred.
• Experience in cost-to-complete analysis and project documentation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with monthly cost-to-complete analysis.
• Maintain open communication with internal and external project teams.
• Ensure timely submittals, procurement, and change orders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project documentation and closeout.
