Job summary

Pinkard Construction, a Colorado Front Range leader, is hiring a procurement/contract role supporting field teams across projects. The position focuses on contract understanding, purchasing planning, and owner/architect coordination to keep projects on track.

You will work with a team of employee-owners in a company with ESOP benefits, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth across diverse construction types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years related experience.
• People and project management skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Procore or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of the contract from the project onset.
• Document project updates and maintain logs; track changes.
• Develop purchasing plan and make timely buyout decisions.
• Support the Superintendent to manage the project schedule.
• Foster relationships with owners; address needs with urgency.
• Facilitate Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings; prepare minutes.
• Submit owner pay applications accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with subcontractors; review invoices and change orders.
• Ensure conformity with contract documents and address issues.
