Job summary

Pinkard Construction in Colorado is seeking a Project Manager to drive financial success of building projects, coordinating with Architects, Engineers and Owners to keep scope and budget on track.

You will document updates, lead buyouts, negotiate with subs, and support the Superintendent to maintain the schedule. Strong organization, communication, and 5+ years GC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a General Contractor preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of contract from project onset and manage updates.
• Lead buyout decisions and establish purchasing plans.
• Coordinate owner, architect, and contractor meetings and minutes.
• Review subcontractor invoices and change orders for conformity.
• Support project superintendent to maintain schedule and actions.
• Foster and maintain owner relationships and proactive service.
