Job summary

Pinkard Construction, a Catamount Constructors company, seeks a Project Superintendent to lead on-site operations along Colorado Front Range and beyond. You’ll supervise construction crews, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a general contractor
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable with experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Onsite during all work activities and coordinate with Project Manager, Architects and Owners
• Lead weekly sub-contractor meetings and manage change orders, schedule, and back charges
• Develop and follow a 3-week lookahead schedule and maintain quality checks
• Help manage project budget and cost expenditures; maintain logs
• Champion site safety with pre-task meetings, notices, and safety reporting
• Prepare and maintain as-built docs, RFI, and project photography
• Close-out duties including turnover matrix and punch lists
