Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably within the Construction Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong People and project management skills and abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Superintendent with project and contract administration.
• Ensure proper materials and information are available to progress construction without delay.
• Maintain submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and documentation; coordinate reviews and approvals.
