Job summary

Pinkard Construction, a Colorado-based contractor now part of Catamount Constructors, seeks a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on complex projects. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, and owners, supervise field crews, and drive safety, schedule, and quality on site.

This role requires a minimum of five years in general contracting or related fields, strong communication, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a general contractor, renovation/tenant improvement preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Onsite oversight of all work activities to meet client expectations.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and manage change orders and schedules.
• Develop and follow a 3-week schedule; maintain a quality deficiency list.
• Control costs and maintain cost logs to stay on budget.
• Promote site safety with pre-task meetings and required notices.
• Document daily reports, RFI’s, and project photos.
• Oversee project close-out, turnover matrix, and as-built docs.
