Zusammenfassung

Pinkard Construction, part of Catamount Constructors, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and Project Manager on Colorado Front Range construction projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, prepare reports, organize site operations, and contribute to project safety and turnover activities.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in general contracting, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of experience training with a general contractor or equivalent
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore
• Ability to read project documents 2–3 weeks prior to tasks

Aufgaben

• Prepare complete Daily Construction Reports with weather, activities, manpower, and photos
• Maintain on-site cost tracking logs and manage expenditures
• Coordinate with subcontractors professionally to ensure smooth operations
• Schedule work to expedite projects and resolve issues early
• Prepare daily/weekly safety reports and attend safety meetings
• Prepare SWMP/BMP reports and ensure compliance
• Review submittals for compliance with project requirements
• Maintain and track project turnover matrix and sign-offs
• Develop the project punch-list with PM and complete within two weeks
• Take on additional tasks to support superintendents
