Pinkard Construction, part of Catamount Constructors, is seeking a Construction Laborer to support civil and building projects throughout Colorado. You will work outdoors, perform heavy manual tasks, and assist skilled trades, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and reliability on-site.

Compensation includes an hourly wage ($19.29–$25.38), OT eligibility, profit sharing, and an ESOP-backed ownership program, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities with a market-driven

• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Endurance for heavy manual labor outdoors in varying weather.

Mansioni

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Study blueprints and diagrams to determine dimensions.
• Measure materials using square, tape, or rule.
• Cut materials to size with handsaw or power tools.
• Assemble and fasten wood or metal framework.
• Anchor and brace forms and structures securely.
• Mark cutting lines on materials.
• Erect forms, scaffolds, hoists and supports.
• Install door/window frames and subflooring.
• Bore holes in timber or concrete walls.
• Dig or direct digging of postholes; set poles.
• Build chutes for pouring concrete.
