Job summary

The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial data throughout construction projects and collaborating with Operations and Corporate Accounting.

Qualifications

3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Sound analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
Collaborative attitude, professional integrity, and a desire to grow.

Responsibilities

Partner with project teams to monitor budgets and financial performance.
Prepare monthly job cost reports, cost analyses, and supporting schedules.
Review project costs for accuracy, completeness, and proper cost coding.
Assist with forecasting, revenue recognition, and budget updates.
Support monthly WIP reviews and financial reporting.
Monitor billing, accounts receivable, and cash flow; resolve questions with project managers.
