Job summary

Paramount Roofing NM is seeking a Project Coordinator to keep our roofing projects moving smoothly by scheduling crews, pulling permits, ordering materials, and updating customers on timing.

You’ll maintain accurate project records, support Project Managers and field crews, and ensure jobs stay on schedule by coordinating with vendors and local jurisdictions. Strong organization and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable on the phone and via email with customers and vendors.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with paperwork and scheduling.
• Experience in roofing, construction, or trades scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule crews and coordinate day-to-day job flow.
• Pull permits and schedule inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Order materials and track deliveries against the project schedule.
• Keep customers updated on timing and next steps.
• Maintain accurate, well-organized project records and documentation.
• Support Project Managers and field crews to keep jobs moving.
