Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a project team with data entry, reporting, and scheduling updates. You will work with COINS ERP data, change orders, subcontract documents, and labor cost reports, while assisting managers with MS Project timelines.

Responsibilities include assembling subcontracts, tracking purchase orders, collecting timecards, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or applicable experience.
• Minimum two years related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to set priorities and multi-task.
• Competent analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide data entry, reporting and scheduling support for project team.
• Enter and report COINS ERP data including change orders and subcontracts.
• Assist in entering/updating construction schedules in MS Project.
• Assemble/subcontract docs, insurance, billings and lien releases.
• Track purchase orders and material arrivals in purchasing system.
• Review timecards and assemble field/subcontractor binders.
• Gather contractual requirements (licenses, safety docs) for projects.
• Monitor open commitments during closeout and liaise with subs/vendors.
