Responsibilities

• Support Construction Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of active reconstruction projects.
• Schedule subcontractors, trades, inspections, and project activities.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and project updates.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic project files.
• Track outstanding documents, approvals, selections, and other items.
• Upload and maintain documentation in company and insurance-related systems.
• Follow up with stakeholders to prevent delays and missed milestones.
• Assist with work authorizations, contracts, change orders, and completion documents.
• Coordinate with estimating, accounting, production, and other departments.
