Job summary

SERVPRO of Annapolis is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to guide reconstruction projects from start to finish at our Arnold, MD location. You will coordinate subcontractors and materials, monitor schedules, and keep customers updated to ensure smooth progress.

This hands-on role requires strong ownership, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance. Local travel and adherence to SERVPRO standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or reconstruction project management.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials.
• Excellent communication with customers throughout projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from contract through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and jobsite activity.
• Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress, workmanship, and project needs.
• Communicate consistently with customers throughout the reconstruction process.
• Work closely with estimators, construction leadership, and office team.
• Identify project issues early and develop solutions before they affect the customer or schedule.
• Coordinate and document change orders as needed.
• Monitor project scope and help ensure profitability.
• Perform quality-control inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Help resolve customer, subcontractor, and production issues.
• Maintain organized project documentation and communication.
• Ensure projects meet SERVPRO standards and customer expectations.
