Job summary

SERVPRO of Annapolis is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing reconstruction team in the Arnold/Annapolis area. This hands-on role will lead projects from contract through completion, coordinating subcontractors, materials, and customer communications to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality while protecting profitability.

Qualifications

Experience in construction or reconstruction project management preferred.
Restoration or insurance-reconstruction experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of construction processes, subcontractors, and jobsite management.

Responsibilities

Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from contract through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and jobsite activity.
Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress, workmanship, and project needs.
Communicate consistently with customers throughout the reconstruction process.
Work closely with estimators, construction leadership, and office team.
Identify project issues early and develop solutions before they affect the customer or schedule.
Coordinate and document change orders as needed.
Monitor project scope and help ensure profitability.
