Job summary

SERVPRO of Annapolis is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our organized, customer-focused reconstruction team in Arnold, MD. This full-time, in-office role acts as a communication link among customers, project managers, estimators, subcontractors, and leadership.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys talking with customers. Strong phone and computer skills are essential, with experience in construction, restoration, or admin preferred and Xactimate helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming construction-related calls.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding reconstruction projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, estimators, and leadership.
• Coordinate project schedules and customer appointments.
• Prepare, track, and communicate change orders.
• Follow up on outstanding customer and project needs.
• Identify missing information to keep projects moving.
• Coordinate communication between customers and production team.
• Maintain accurate job files and project documentation.
• Assist with contracts, documentation, and related paperwork.
• Track project status and upcoming needs.
• Provide administrative support to the reconstruction department.
• Help create a positive customer experience from start to finish.
