Job summary

SERVPRO of Annapolis is seeking an organized Construction Project Coordinator to support our reconstruction team in Arnold, MD. This in-office role expects you to manage multiple active projects, follow up on outstanding items, and keep customers and internal teams updated on progress.

You will learn our processes, own your responsibilities, and help Construction Project Managers move projects forward. Training is provided for the right candidate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with Construction Project Managers.
• Schedule subcontractors, trades, inspections, and project activities.
• Communicate updates with customers regarding scheduling and progress.
• Maintain organized electronic job files and documentation.
• Track outstanding documents, approvals, selections, and items needed to keep projects moving.
• Upload and maintain documentation in company and insurance-related systems.
• Follow up with PMs, subcontractors, customers, and internal team members.
• Assist with milestones, deadlines, and project paperwork.
• Coordinate with estimating, accounting, and production departments.
• Identify missing information to prevent delays.

Construction Project Coordinator

SERVPRO of Annapolis – Arnold, MD

Full-Time | In-Person | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay: $25–$30/hour, based on experience

SERVPRO of Annapolis is looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Construction Project Coordinator to support our growing reconstruction department.

This is an in-office position for someone who is great at keeping multiple projects organized, following up on outstanding items, communicating with customers and team members, and making sure things do not fall through the cracks.

You do not need to be a Construction Project Manager or construction expert. We are looking for someone who can learn our process, take ownership of their responsibilities, and help keep our Construction Project Managers and projects moving forward.

What You’ll Do

• Support Construction Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of active reconstruction projects
• Help schedule subcontractors, trades, inspections, and project activities
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and project updates
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic job files
• Track outstanding documents, approvals, selections, and other items needed to keep projects moving
• Upload and maintain documentation in company and insurance-related systems
• Follow up with Project Managers, subcontractors, customers, and internal team members
• Help ensure project milestones and deadlines are not missed
• Assist with work authorizations, contracts, change orders, completion documents, and other project paperwork
• Coordinate with estimating, accounting, production, and other departments
• Identify missing information or potential delays and bring them to the appropriate person before they become problems
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Construction department

Compensation
