Job summary

SERVPRO of Annapolis is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing reconstruction team in Arnold, MD. This hands-on role leads projects from contract to completion, coordinating subcontractors, materials, and customers to ensure timely, high-quality results.

You will manage schedules, monitor workmanship, resolve issues, and collaborate with estimators and office staff to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or reconstruction project management is required.
• Strong communication with customers and subcontractors is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and keep schedules on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from contract through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and materials.
• Visit jobsites regularly to monitor progress, quality, and project needs, communicating with customers throughout the process.
• Coordinate change orders and ensure profitability targets are met.
