William A. Randolph, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of commercial construction projects nationwide.

This role helps keep projects on track by coordinating with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. The position involves assisting with preconstruction, procurement, contract administration, and closeout, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or equivalent experience in construction administration or project coordination.
• Experience in procurement, estimating support, or contract administration is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction, estimating, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration.
• Coordinate subcontract agreements, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation.
• Assist with monthly owner pay applications, subcontractor billing, lien waivers, and compliance tracking.
• Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and provide updates to leadership.
• Coordinate communication among Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support project closeout, including warranties, O&M manuals, and punch list tracking.
• Help improve processes and maintain accurate records from startup to closeout.
