Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, documentation, materials, and subcontractors.
• Manage project paperwork: RFIs, submittals, permits, change orders, logs.
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors on delivery dates and scopes.
• Monitor schedules and highlight critical paths and risks.
• Assist with buyouts, pricing comparisons, procurement tracking.
• Maintain accurate logs, drawings, and correspondence in HY systems.
• Attend job meetings and document action items with ownership and follow-through.
