Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company seeks an Assistant Project Manager to help direct project execution, manage budgets, and maintain owner and subcontractor relationships on assigned projects. The role requires leadership, organization, and strong communication with site staff and clients.

You will mentor on-site staff, support preconstruction efforts, and participate in project close-out while adhering to safety policies and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or equivalent. Related experience allowed on a 1:1 basis.
• 4 years of industry experience.
• Experience in structure/enclosure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project direction, completion, and financial outcomes.
• Administer owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects.
• Mentor on-site staff and ensure safety and quality on site.
