Job summary

Our client, a NYC-based real estate developer, is seeking a Project Manager to support residential projects from preconstruction through completion. You will work closely with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include managing schedules and costs, documenting progress, conducting site inspections for safety, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CM, architecture, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of construction project management experience.
• Procore experience required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of safety regulations.

• Assist senior PM with all project phases (preconstruction to completion)
• Work with key stakeholders including Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors, etc
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and planning
• Own the documentation of each project (progress reports, logs, submittals, etc)
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to all health and safety standards
• Monitor project expenses, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost control
• Identify and address project risks, ensuring compliance with building codes
• Supervise project teams and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• 3-6+ years of experience in construction project management
• Microsoft Office experience is required
• Procore experience is required
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards
