This role provides exposure to project management, estimating, procurement, budgeting, field coordination, and client communication while you learn from experienced industry professionals.

You will coordinate planning through closeout, review plans and specs, track submittals and logs, and help keep milestones on schedule.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate multiple commercial projects from planning through closeout.
• Support project teams with schedules, documentation, material tracking, and communication.
• Serve as a liaison between field personnel, customers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change requests, and project logs.
• Assist with estimating, purchasing, and budget tracking activities.
• Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and project reviews.
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and milestones are achieved.
• Support project closeout activities, punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.
