Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Project Engineer-Tenant Improvement in Seattle, WA for a full-time, direct-hire role. You will support project managers, coordinate documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules on commercial tenant improvement projects alongside field teams.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of construction experience, read drawings, manage project records, and communicate clearly with vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in construction project engineering or related roles.
• Experience supporting commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout materials.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams to maintain project schedules.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to support accurate execution.
• Assist with cost tracking, budget updates, procurement coordination, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate project updates and support quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
