Job summary

AppleOne is recruiting a Project Engineer in Seattle, WA to support commercial construction and building systems projects. You will coordinate with project management, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/PM or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 1–5 years of experience supporting construction, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or building systems projects.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience reviewing drawings, plans, specifications, and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and field teams through planning, execution, documentation, and closeout of commercial projects.
• Manage and track submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, procurement items, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, clients and internal teams to move deliverables forward.
• Assist with reviewing plans, budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost updates.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve coordination or installation issues.
• Support project closeout activities including punch lists, manuals, warranties, and inspections.
