Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to travel nationwide to designated job sites.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
• Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and take direction from Project Management team.
• Oversee and monitor project-level documentation according to Knobelsdorff standards.
• Assist with job reporting, timecard entry, inspection documents, material delivery, and closeout documents.
• Create and coordinate reports, trackers, deliverables, and status reports.
• Organize construction storage and maintain tools and materials.
• Assist field personnel on site to complete projects.
• Attend tailgate meetings to discuss hazards, JHA, and daily objectives.
• Coordinate with project teams and site leadership to support daily execution.
• Support site needs during occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work.
