Job summary

You will collaborate with project managers, manage procurement, assist with budgeting and reporting, and ensure safety and quality while thriving in a fast-paced environment. This onsite role requires travel to sites and occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting project schedules, documentation, procurement, and vendor communication.
• Procore and Viewpoint experience preferred.
• A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from kickoff through completion and ensure critical project information, schedules, documentation, and resources stay organized and on track.
• Provide administrative support, procurement assistance, document management, and communication activities that impact project execution, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and project performance reporting.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Support procurement efforts by sourcing vendors and tracking project materials and equipment.
• Assist with preconstruction planning and project coordination activities.
• Provide technical support through drawing review, material coordination, and project documentation management.
• Monitor project deliverables and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Travel to project sites as needed; occasional evenings/weekends may be required.
