Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises in Minnesota is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support project management and field teams across locations. You will help with documentation, reports, and site logistics while gaining hands-on experience in automation, electrical, energy, and power services.

The role requires you to travel nationwide, maintain a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to travel nationwide to the designated job site.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license that represents a history of safe & competent driving.
• Competency in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and take direction from Project Management team.
• Oversee and monitor project-level documentation, adhering to Knobelsdorff standards.
• Assist with job reporting, crew timecard entry, inspection documents, material delivery/inventory, and project closeout documents.
• Create, prepare, and coordinate reports, trackers, deliverables, status reports, and other materials as needed.
• Organize and maintain construction storage container, including tools and construction materials.
• Assist field personnel on site to complete projects, as needed.
• Attend “tailgate” meetings prior to work to discuss jobsite hazards, JHA completion, daily objectives, and best practices.
• Assist with preconstruction preparation and coordination.
• Coordinate with project teams, field personnel, and site leadership to support daily project execution.
• Additional duties as assigned.
