Job summary

You will coordinate with site teams, prepare change orders, track equipment and invoicing, and support closeout tasks while staying flexible for out-of-town assignments. Strong MS Office and communication skills are essential in a hands-on family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an education in Project Management or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and overseeing multiple electrical projects simultaneously.
• Ensure the site team has safety materials and follows KE procedures.
• Order materials and track arrivals to meet schedules.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers for equipment and personnel needs.
• Create and track change orders; update KE Procore and Viewpoint values.
• Assist with project closeout and invoicing according to schedule.
• Address and close customer punch list items as required.
• Attend kickoff meetings and site visits to monitor progress and goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
