Job summary

Fox Drywall LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize projects from contract to closeout. You will support Project Managers with submittals, schedules, change orders and job costs to ensure field crews have what they need when they need it.

Responsibilities include setting up new projects, maintaining drawings, coordinating material orders, tracking manpower, and assisting with pay apps and closeout documentation. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to track many items at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication with GCs, suppliers and crews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: associate degree in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects: contracts, bonds, contact lists and project files.
• Prepare, log and track submittals and follow up on approvals.
• Maintain drawing sets, addenda and specs; share revisions with foremen.
• Help build and update project schedules; attend coordination meetings.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries with suppliers.
• Communicate with contractors, architects, suppliers and field crews.
• Track manpower needs and flag schedule conflicts for PMs.
• Prepare and track change orders, T&M tickets with backups.
• Assist pay applications, lien waivers and schedule updates.
• Review supplier invoices against PO's.
• Compile/Review/Distribute punch lists and assemble O&M manuals and warranties.
