is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in coordinating all construction activities, supervising field personnel, and ensuring project success within schedule and budget. The role emphasizes safety practices and maintaining a high standard of work on-site. Responsibilities include contract review, project financial setup, scheduling, submittals, document control, change management, estimating, and project closeout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Construction: 2 years’ experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with contract review and execution.
• Assist the project manager with project financial setup & operational setup in software.
• Assist the project manager with schedule review and analysis.
• Assist the project manager with the submittal process, including log setup, review, corrections, and distribution to project vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist the project manager with setup, maintenance, and distribution of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and RFIs.
• Assist the project manager with all aspects of change management.
• Assist the project manager with estimating, including project changes or work outside project scope.
• Manage project closeout, create maintenance and operation manuals, and other required project closeout documents at project completion.
