Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented construction professional to support project managers in a fast‑paced environment. You will help with documentation, RFIs, submittals, COs, and tracking, while learning to read plans and manage schedules and budgets across multiple projects.

The role offers advancement toward full project management, collaboration with field and office teams, and exposure to diverse retail and commercial builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management.
• 1-3 years of construction industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and tracking.
• Review drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with field and office teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Help manage project schedules and budgets and track costs.
• Process subcontractor billings and invoices.
• Maintain project logs and documentation.
