Bart’s Electric is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Assistant to join our Liberty, MO team. You will support project managers and field crews by coordinating documentation, maintaining schedules, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations on‑site and in the office.

Qualifications

• Education / Technical High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Thorough familiarity with MS Word and Excel (Required).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills (Required).
• Exceptional multi‑tasking and follow through skills (Required).
• Experience in construction office support (Preferred).
• Familiarity with MS Project (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Compile and format project submittals in coordination with Project Managers.
• File, track, and log safety logs, daily logs, budgets, and weekly planning forms.
• Update meeting schedules and active job lists.
• Assist in monitoring labor rates and hours.
• Coordinate communication between subcontractors, vendors and customers.
• Attend weekly Foremen meetings as required.
• File project documents (hard and soft copies).
• Other duties as assigned.
