Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our project delivery teams from pre-construction through completion. You’ll help coordinate planning, scheduling, documentation, subcontractor communications, and quality control on commercial construction projects.

This hands-on role provides exposure to all facets of project management and a path to leadership within a design/build and construction management environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
• Help track schedules, budgets, and submittals
• Communicate effectively with field teams, subcontractors, and partners
• Support quality assurance and safety initiatives
• Contribute to solving challenges creatively and collaboratively
